Product Description

- Magtrol’s 4 quadrant motorized dynamometers provides expanded testing flexibility over a typical braking dynamometer.  With the ability to bring the motor under test (MUT) to synchronous RPM before beginning a test, repeatability is improved.   Since the motor windings are at ambient temperature before starting a ramp test, wattage is more consistent. Custom Software is required in order meet the specific needs of each individual customer’s application. Since Magtrol’s TM series torque transducers are used between the dynamometer motor and the MUT, we are able to measure the friction and windage of the MUT.

- Máy đo lực kế cơ giới 4 góc phần tư của Magtrol cung cấp khả năng thử nghiệm linh hoạt hơn so với máy đo lực phanh thông thường. Với khả năng đưa động cơ đang được thử nghiệm (MUT) về tốc độ RPM đồng bộ trước khi bắt đầu thử nghiệm, khả năng lặp lại được cải thiện. Vì cuộn dây động cơ ở nhiệt độ môi trường xung quanh trước khi bắt đầu thử nghiệm tăng tốc nên công suất sẽ ổn định hơn. Cần có Phần mềm tùy chỉnh để đáp ứng nhu cầu cụ thể của ứng dụng của từng khách hàng. Do bộ chuyển đổi mô-men xoắn dòng TM của Magtrol được sử dụng giữa động cơ lực kế và MUT nên chúng tôi có thể đo ma sát và sức gió của MUT.
