-Với hơn 40 kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực cảm biến trọng lượng, lực, áp suất, mô-men xoắn và dịch chuyển, các sản phẩm của hãng cho đến nay đồng nghĩa với chất lượng và độ tin cậy.

-Có Phòng thí nghiệm Đo lường riêng được công nhận là Trung tâm SIT không. 93 vào năm 1996.

-Từ năm 2010, tiếp tục hoạt động với tư cách là phòng thí nghiệm hiệu chuẩn được ACCREDIA công nhận (LAT N° 093).

-Để có Hệ thống chất lượng của công ty được chứng nhận vào năm 2000, theo tiêu chuẩn EN ISO 9001.

-Để có Hệ thống chất lượng của quy trình sản xuất ATEX để sử dụng trong khu vực nguy hiểm được chứng nhận vào năm 2006.

c2s_AEP transducers

Cảm biến tải trọng hiện do bộ chuyển đổi AEP sản xuất được bao gồm trong các yêu cầu cần thiết của quy định OIML R60 (Tổ chức đo lường pháp lý quốc tế) quy định tất cả các thử nghiệm (nhiệt độ, độ ẩm, áp suất khí quyển, v.v.) mà sản phẩm phải vượt qua để được xếp vào các cấp chính xác nhất định C2, C3, C4…

Để đảm bảo những yêu cầu cần thiết này, bộ chuyển đổi AEP đã tự phát triển một số thiết bị tự động có trọng lượng trực tiếp được ACCREDIA công nhận vào năm 1996 để kiểm soát mô hình theo quy định này.

Cảm biến tải trọng được kiểm tra định kỳ bởi nhân viên của Phòng thí nghiệm Đo lường, người thực hiện các thử nghiệm liên tục trong quá trình sản xuất hàng loạt, với quan điểm luôn cẩn thận để sản phẩm được cải tiến liên tục.

Nhờ bí quyết của nhân viên kỹ thuật, tất cả các thủ tục thực hiện phê duyệt mô hình cho mục đích sử dụng hợp pháp đang được kích hoạt bởi các cơ quan có thẩm quyền kiểm soát.

Tải biến đổi cấu hình thấp phù hợp để làm việc trong môi trường khắc nghiệt.

STAR-F

Professional ergonomic indicator extremely versatile and easy to be used for measurement of FORCE, WEIGHT, PRESSURE (gas), VACUUM, TORQUE and DISPLACEMENT.
It is possible to integrate inside a FORCE sensor from 10 N to 5 kN or a pressure sensor (relative, absolute or differential up to max. 5bar) while from the external input it is possible to connect strain gauges sensors with output in mV/V such as: load cells, force transducers, pressure transducers, torque and displacement transducers.

AUTOMATIC recognition of FORCE, WEIGHT, VACUUM, PRESSURE, TORQUE and DISPLACEMENT external transducers (max. 7)
